Our Workplace Wellness Programs are designed and overseen by a Board-Certified
Occupational Medicine Physician to improve workforce health through evidence-based
screening, risk assessment, and targeted preventive interventions. Programs are aligned with
job demands, occupational risks, and workforce demographics to ensure clinical relevance and
operational value.
By supporting early identification of modifiable risks and promoting sustained health behaviors,
these programs contribute to reduced illness-related absenteeism, fewer health-related safety
events, and more stable insurance utilization over time.

After you choose your time, you will be sent to our secure payment page to pay for your visit.
Once payment is complete, you will see a confirmation on your screen that your appointment is booked.
Your physician will call you at the scheduled time. Please be ready to answer the call.
Your visit will be a telehealth appointment with a physician. The doctor will call you at the phone
number you provide when you schedule. Please make sure you are in a quiet place and free of distractions at the time of your visit. A stable phone or internet connection is important so your visit can go smoothly.
This service is for medical evaluation and guidance. If your condition is urgent or an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest urgent care or emergency room.
Note: Appointments are non-refundable. Missed appointments are not refunded. It is your
responsibility to be available and on time for your visit. If you have not attended your
appointment after 10 minutes, the physician will cancel the appointment so they can provide
care to other patients.
