Bridge Prescription Refills provide timely telehealth access to physician review and
authorization for medication continuity when patients face interim gaps in care. Our
Board-Certified physicians evaluate each patient’s medical history, current therapy, and clinical
stability to ensure that refills are appropriate, safe, and aligned with individual health needs.
This service is not a substitution for ongoing primary or specialty care, but it ensures continuity
while patients secure a long-term care relationship. During the evaluation, physicians also
assess for opportunities to optimize therapy, address preventive health needs, and identify
conditions requiring more comprehensive follow-up

After you choose your time, you will be sent to our secure payment page to pay for your visit.
Once payment is complete, you will see a confirmation on your screen that your appointment is booked.
Your physician will call you at the scheduled time. Please be ready to answer the call.
Your visit will be a telehealth appointment with a physician. The doctor will call you at the phone
number you provide when you schedule. Please make sure you are in a quiet place and free of distractions at the time of your visit. A stable phone or internet connection is important so your visit can go smoothly.
This service is for medical evaluation and guidance. If your condition is urgent or an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest urgent care or emergency room.
Note: Appointments are non-refundable. Missed appointments are not refunded. It is your
responsibility to be available and on time for your visit. If you have not attended your
appointment after 10 minutes, the physician will cancel the appointment so they can provide
care to other patients.
